• John Jump, CPO

    John is our founder and CEO, serving as a certified Prosthetist/Orthotist by the American Board of Certification. A graduate of the Century College Prosthetic program, he started in the prosthetic industry while in high school when he began working as a prosthetic technician. Over the years he has had the opportunity to serve many Floridians and amputees from across the country in their rehabilitation journey. When John isn’t here in the office at Unity, you can find him teaching the future generation of prosthetists. John holds positions as an adjunct professor and member of the advisory board for the International Institute of Orthotics and Prosthetics Masters Degree Program.

  • Andrew B. Belle Isle, CPO

    Andrew is a Licensed Prosthetist/Orthotist in the State of Florida and is also nationally certified by the American Board of Certification in Prosthetics and Orthotics. He has been serving the Central Florida community for 12 years.

    Andrew’s interest in prosthetics and orthotics began while performing observation hours at a clinic in West Africa before starting his senior year of high school. During his college years he worked as a prosthetic and orthotic technician and graduated with a degree in Prosthetics and Orthotics from St. Petersburg College, Fl.

    When he is not providing care at Unity P&O Andrew enjoys family time with his wife and four children, outdoor speedskating, and catching waves on one of Volusia County's beaches.

  • Jimmy Boneparte, Prosthetic and Orthotic Technician

    Jimmy is originally from New York CIty. At 24 years old, he moved to Providence, Rhode Island where he stayed for 10 years before moving to Florida to escape the snow. He began his career as a drywall finisher and had a good eye for detail. A friend in the field of orthotic fabrication suggested he give orthotics a try and Jimmy almost immediately fell in love. Eventually, his skills expanded into prosthetics. Jimmy had worked for large O&P companies such as Ottobock, Hanger and Orthomerica before meeting Unity’s owner John Jump, CPO in 2015 and has been working under John ever since. If Jimmy isn’t at work fabricating orthotics/prosthetics, you will likely find him inshore fishing. He says he prefers saltwater fishing because freshwater fish don’t put up enough fight! Jimmy and his wife Faye together have a 5 children who are all grown.

  • Vicki Green Stevenson

    Vicki is Unity PO’s Patient Care Coordinator. Vicki’s responsibilities include building relationships with area physician practices, hospitals, rehab facilities and skilled nursing facilities. She also supports and helps our amputee patients navigate through the prosthetic process. Vicki has been in the prosthetic care industry for 4 years and also has a background in outpatient rehab and pharmaceutical marketing/sales. She grew up in Flagler Beach, is a graduate of Flagler College in St. Augustine, FL and currently calls Ormond Beach home. Vicki enjoys spending time with her teenage daughter and rescue cats (one is an amputee!). A favorite thing to do in her free time is to go tent camping in the woods.

  • Leo Spires

    Leo was born in Columbus Ohio and moved to sunny Florida after the blizzard of 1978. He worked in the grocery business for 30 years before semi-retirement. He has been married to his beautiful wife, Cathy for 51 years. They have two amazing daughters, Jillian and Jenny and a fantastic son-in-law, John Jump. Leo enjoys spending time with his grandsons Aiden and Liam and his granddaughters Maddy and Sophie. If he’s not keeping everyone at Unity in line, you can find him jogging, walking, playing corn hole, and spending time with his precious dog Jack 🐾
